Requirement for this Package

To register for this course, each candidate is expected to satisfactorily meet or provide proof of the following:
  1. Candidates must be currently unemployed or able to dedicate 3 – 6 hours daily to engage with course content.
  2. He/she must be graduate of a tertiary institution or a student above the age of 18.
  3. He/she must have good proficiency in English Language (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).

All students will be required to complete and have a total pass a total of 70% to qualify for certification. Assessments will involve individual and group assignments, and individual tests assessments.

Customer Support

This session is designed to train students to become Service Professionals who engage customers in live chat, email, telephone, face to face interactions. The activities are easy to participate in and quick at generating meaningful discussions and skill improvement among participants. Each activity allows for a thorough examination of performance and formulation of meaningful strategies to create a true culture of telephone service.

Service is an intangible experience, and a crucial aspect of survival for any enterprise seeking to grow in competitive markets. A positive customer experience is central to any organization’s success, as it is often the only thing that distinguishes one business from another. Good Service is really good selling! Both pursuits require sound and strategic planning and preparation. They both require us to sharpen our personal communication skills and product knowledge.

This training session seeks to enhance behavioural skills that are imperative for Telephone Service professionals to perform their function confidently. Communication

Ethics and Business Etiquette

This module deals with the study of morality including the theory of right and wrong especially in the workplace. It studies the behavioural conduct of stakeholders in an organisational ecosystem i.e., employer-employee relations and business-community relations. It delves into the acceptable standards of conduct within professional and social contexts.

Emotional Intelligence (plus Leading Self)

This course delves into the concept of understanding one’s own feelings. It provides great insight on how emotion influences motivation and behavior. The concept of Emotional Intelligence has been around since the early 20th century and an understanding and application of Emotional Intelligence will ensure that workshop participants gain a better understanding of self‐management and self‐awareness.

Proficiency in business writing is a critical aspect of effective communication in the workplace. Business writing is a purposeful piece of writing that is used in a professional setting. It conveys relevant information to the reader in a clear, concise, and effective manner. It includes client proposals, reports, memos, emails, and notices.

Team Work

This Module is designed to introduce participants to the positive effects of Teamwork. Participants will discuss why teams are essential to success and what makes a winning team. Teamwork is important for the success of all businesses. To have a meaningful and lifelong career, employees need to work well and forge healthy relationships with others.

Time Management

Time management begins with setting goals. This process of setting goals results in a plan with a broken – down list of tasks or calendar of activities. Managing time effectively involves personal motivation, delegation skill, crisis management, and organisation tools. Efficient time management improves the productivity and efficiency of employees and leaves little or no room for confusion and error.

Typing Test

This exercise is a that trains and tests employees to use computers. Students are trained to apply speed in their use of keyboards while ensuring that they are capable of rendering well – punctuated and error – proof documents.

Microsoft Office Tools

This course gives a 360 degree view of using Microsoft Office tools such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. The Microsoft Word module covers the fundamental skills required to effectively use the software. It summarizes the parts that make up the Microsoft Word window, providing information on how to customize the toolbars to your liking. It also explains how to perform basic functions such as opening, saving, and printing a document.
